Lavender Asian Bistro

Absolutely delicious meal. They have a seperate Gluten Free menu with lots of options and gluten-free soy sauce. Serving sizes are large and well priced. Clean, inviting atmosphere. Incredible service. We ordered the cashew chicken and the tuna, salmon, and spice yellowtail rolls along with hot tea.

Updating - Dropped overall rating and service and atmosphere. Kept at 4 stars, as one bad experience should not impact a small business, but utterly disappointed. Took my mom to lunch today, should have been warned when it took 3-5 minutes to be seated or even being acknowledged. We placed our order around 12:20 and did not get our order until 1 pm. I had meetings and we were left in the dark about delays. When asked they said had a big order in front of us. If something is happening that is out of the norm - let your customers know (like will take 40 minutes to get their food). Utterly disappointed in this visit, the service was just lacking. Do not thing, we will be visiting to ever sit in, will start exploring other options in the area now. My wife and her co-workers had ordered food from here. They all raved about how good it was. We had family coming over for our daughters birthday. We decided to give Lavender a try. They definitely have a large variety of Chinese and Thai food to choose from along with sushi. If you're looking for an Asian restaurant this is going to be the place to go to with a large variety. We ended up ordering a tray of chicken lo mein, chicken penang, and two quarts of hot and sour soup. The food was all very good. Coming from Chicago I appreciate restaurants not skimping on the meat and the vegetables, or portions. I was very pleased with the amount of food in the trays. This place definitely delivered on both. Service and food quality. We ordered to trays as to go. The food was on time and super hot, I did not have to wait, and the service was very good. The gentleman even wished my daughter I'm very happy birthday.

We went here specifically because they have a large gluten free menu including items like general tso’s chicken. The food and service were excellent! I highly recommend.

Our family loves Lavender. Great spot for Chinese or Thai. Also has great sushi options as well. Definitely recommend the Tangerine Beef if you're looking for menu recommendations.

Tasty food. Reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere. Super fast and friendly service. Great for a date or to bring your family. Yes, the outdoor sign is falling apart but who cares about that?!

Fresh sushi!!! Location is a strip mall, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the yummies! Went with a full age range of diners and all were highly satisfied! From the miso soup to the fried ice cream and everything in-between, the food was fresh. We had a great time sharing dishes and snatching the last piece of sushi from each other.
